You will drive HR tooling and automation, manage payroll processes for all teams, and support international hiring while ensuring Austrian labor law compliance. This role offers equity, relocation support, and a people-first culture, with daily meals and on-site collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in People Ops, HR, or Operations.
• Knowledge of Austrian labor law, payroll, and collective agreements.
• Structured, hands-on working style.
• AI and automation/workflow skills.
• German native, strong English.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end ownership of people operations (contracts & onboarding, equipment, accounts, workspace, relocation).
• Own HR tooling & automation; introduce and manage an HRIS tool; automate workflows.
• Oversee payroll processes and internal payroll for all sales teams.
• Support compliance & people-legal topics (international hiring, time-tracking, collective agreements).
• Manage compensation bands across teams/countries.
• Organize events and culture activities (hackathons, off-sites).
• Handle offboarding of employees.
• Support later people development (feedback, L&D, career development).
