Job summary

Digisourced Ltd. is urgently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Project Lead with Austrian localization expertise. You will lead payroll workstreams, oversee implementation and stabilization, and drive stakeholder engagement across the region through March 2027.

The role requires on-site work in Austria, 3 days per week, with start in early November 2026 and project end in March 2027. English and German are essential for coordination and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP HCM Payroll / ECP projects.
• Austrian payroll regulations and statutory requirements are essential.
• Fluent German and English for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM Payroll / ECP workstreams with Austrian focus.
• Drive delivery, milestones and deliverables for 3 days/week.
• Manage change and escalation between tech teams and leadership.
• Ensure on-site Austria operations and remote readiness for payroll.
