ZEISS in Graz, Austria, is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support the ATSEE region across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with managers and teams to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliant operations, and contribute to organisational development and business success.

You will handle recruitment, HR administration, payroll support, attendance management, travel planning, and expense processing while collaborating across an international team in a modern workspace.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labour law.
• Payroll basics and HR data management.
• Excellent communication in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the ATSEE region.
• Coordinate HR administration, contracts, records, and docs.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and data accuracy.
• Handle time/absence management and attendance processes.
• Organise business travel, expenses and support HR initiatives.
