Job summary

Link Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support. The role entails hands-on hardware, software, and network issue resolution with a mix of onsite and remote work in Austria.

You will be primarily onsite in Brunn am Gebirge with some remote days and an initial training period in Koblenz. The position requires strong German and English communication, a proactive approach, and reliability to support head office and nearby workshops.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents both onsite and remotely.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional technical support in both onsite and remote settings. Job Details
