TTI Saalfelden sucht am Standort Jenbach eine/n IT Support Technician L2 (m/f/d). Sie unterstützen Endnutzer im täglichen IT-Betrieb, bearbeiten komplexe Support-Fälle und arbeiten eng mit dem Infrastruktur-Team zusammen, um Systeme zuverlässig und effizient laufen zu lassen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Unterstützung des Infrastruktur-Teams, Konfiguration, Wartung und Optimierung von IT-Systemen sowie die Bearbeitung von Escalations.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Training im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung im 2nd-Level-Support von Endbenutzern oder Infrastruktur.
• Gutes Verständnis von Hardware, Software und IT-Systemen.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Infrastruktur-Teams im Rahmen von Smart Hands Support.
• IT-Systeme und Endbenutzergeräte konfigurieren, warten und optimieren.
• 2nd-Level-Support bei Hardware-, Software- und Infrastrukturproblemen leisten.

As an IT Support Technician L2 (m/f/d), you will support end users in their daily IT operations, handle more complex support cases and work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure that systems and devices run reliably and efficiently.

Your tasks:

• Support the infrastructure team as part of Smart Hands Support
• Configure, maintain and optimize IT systems and end-user devices
• Provide technical 2nd Level Support for hardware, software and infrastructure-related issues
• Handle, analyze and resolve escalated support tickets
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of IT systems and infrastructure components
• Support server and IT equipment updates
• Participate in IT projects and the implementation of technical solutions
• Install and integrate new hardware and software solutions
• Collaborate with internal departments, IT architects, project teams and external partners
• Create and maintain technical documentation and system configurations
• Contribute to training materials and knowledge base content

That's who you are:

• Completed education or training in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
• Initial to several years of professional experience in IT support, ideally in infrastructure or end-user support
• Good knowledge of hardware, software and IT systems
• Experience in technical problem analysis and troubleshooting
• Confident use of ticketing systems and a structured approach to handling support requests
• Independent, solution-oriented and well-organized working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with end users
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to collaborate in an international IT environment
• Good written and spoken English is required, German language skills are an advantage

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3478,51 gross/month. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
