- At least 3 years of relevant experience in investment management, hotel development, or hotel management
- Independent, mobile, and cross-location working style
- Excellent German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Salesforce
- Open-minded, structured & proactive personality
Responsibilities
- Partial project management
- Involvement in studies, renovation projects & operator search processes
- Asset management for hotel properties
- Independent handling of internal projects
