Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company in Vienna seeks a commercially driven Sales Manager with experience in hotel sales to target corporate accounts, agencies, embassies and key accounts.

The role emphasizes developing corporate business and supporting MICE opportunities, with emphasis on local market relationships and proactive client focus. Travel and German/English language proficiency are required, along with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business or a related field.
• Experience in external hotel sales, preferably in Vienna or Austria, with Corporate accounts and MICE.
• Established network of Corporate, agency, embassy or MICE contacts in Vienna.
• Native or advanced German, professional English.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the local market.
• Research new market opportunities and develop strategies.
• Invite potential clients to tour the property and conduct individual tours, highlighting facilities and services.
• Set KPIs, monitor and coach performance accordingly.
• Telemarketing actions.
• Track requests and accounts.
• Resolve incidents.
