mrp hotels in Vienna is seeking a Junior Consultant (f/m/d) to contribute to hotel real estate projects from day one, working closely with experienced professionals in an international environment. You will handle project management, feasibility studies, and asset management support, with opportunities to assist acquisitions, corporate development, and internal tool initiatives across Europe.

The role offers a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,700 (40 hours/week) with a potential performance bonus

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business.
• Initial work experience in hospitality, development, or investment management.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages welcome.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Salesforce.

• Excellent German and English skills (additional languages welcome)
• Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Salesforce
• Open-minded, structured & proactive personality

In addition to an inspiring work environment and the unmistakable mrp hotels spirit, you can expect an attractive compensation package: For this role, a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,700 is foreseen based on full-time employment (40 hours/week), according to pay group III of the Austrian collective agreement for employees in Information and Consulting. Your actual salary will depend on your experience and contribution – and we’re happy to discuss it with you in person. In addition, you have the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary.
