Key tasks include project management, feasibility studies, operator searches, and support for asset management. You will bring a Real Estate/ Hospitality/Business degree, German and English fluency, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to this role.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business.
• Initial work experience in hospitality, development, or investment management.
• Independent, mobile, and cross-location working style.
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages welcome.
• Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Project management & project support.
• Participation in feasibility studies & renovation projects.
• Support with operator searches & asset management activities.
• Acquisition support alongside senior management & partners.
• Assistance with internal projects & corporate development.
• Team assistance with growth potential.
• Develop internal tools and initiatives such as databases, event planning, or workshops.
