Job summary

mrp hotels invites you to join Vienna as a Junior Consultant (f/m/d). You will contribute to strategic projects, work with experienced professionals, and thrive in an international, dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and strong team spirit.

Key tasks include project management, feasibility studies, operator searches, and support for asset management. You will bring a Real Estate/ Hospitality/Business degree, German and English fluency, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to this role.

In addition to an inspiring work environment and the unmistakable mrp hotels spirit, you can expect an attractive compensation package: For this role, a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,700 is foreseen based on full-time employment (40 hours/week), according to pay group III of the Austrian collective agreement for employees in Information and Consulting. Your actual salary will depend on your experience and contribution – and we’re happy to discuss it with you in person. In addition, you have the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary.
