Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company in Vienna is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager with hotel sales experience to strengthen our local business. You will focus on Corporate accounts, agencies, embassies and key accounts, while supporting MICE opportunities, developing relationships, researching new markets, and presenting the property.

The role requires a degree in tourism/hospitality, native or advanced German and professional English, driving licence, and willingness to travel; joining offers

Qualifications

German (native or advanced) and English (professional) proficiency required.
Experience in external hotel sales and corporate accounts is essential.
Willingness to travel and have a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the local market.
Research new market opportunities and develop strategies.
Invite potential clients to tour the property and conduct individual tours highlighting facilities and services.
Set key performance indicators, monitor and coach performance accordingly.
Telemarketing actions.
Track requests and accounts.
Resolve incidents.
