Job summary

mrp hotels in Vienna is seeking a Junior Consultant (f/m/d) to contribute to hotel real estate projects from day one, working closely with experienced professionals in an international environment. You will handle project management, feasibility studies, and asset management support, with opportunities to assist acquisitions, corporate development, and internal tool initiatives across Europe.

The role offers a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,700 (40 hours/week) with a potential performance bonus

Qualifications

Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business.
Initial work experience in hospitality, development, or investment management.
Fluent German and English; additional languages welcome.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Project management and project support.
Feasibility studies and renovation projects participation.
Support with operator searches and asset management activities.
Acquisition support alongside senior management and partners.
Assist with internal projects and corporate development.
Team assistance with growth potential.
Develop internal tools and initiatives such as databases, event planning, or workshops.
