Zusammenfassung

Habyt GmbH operates Green Cube Vienna, a new studiohouse project in Vienna. As a Guest Experience Associate you will front the desk, manage reservations and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest and resident experience across daily operations and cross-department coordination.

You will promote services such as café and parking, optimize room allocation, and ensure compliance with SOPs and Austrian regulations while supporting a vibrant, international hospitality culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; German strongly preferred.
• Experience with PMS systems (MEWS is a plus).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Aufgaben

• Deliver professional, friendly check-in/check-out experiences.
• Act as main contact for guests and long-stay residents.
• Handle requests, complaints, and service recovery timely.
• Manage reservations, bookings and room allocation via PMS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for readiness.
