The role offers a relocation package, a structured onboarding and training program, and an attractive salary of €1,300 gross per month paid over 14 months, plus productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality German customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account-related requests.
• Document interactions in CRM and maintain records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
