WW Talents in Athens seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide professional support via phone, email and chat, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues while ensuring a positive experience across channels.

The on-site role in Piraeus offers a 14-month salary cycle at €1,300 gross per month, plus bonuses and a relocation package (hotel, real estate help, flights, airport pickup).

Qualificações

• C1/C2 level German required.
• English proficiency B2-C1 for training/internal communication.
• Experience in customer service preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product/service information, orders and account-related requests.
• Handle concerns and complaints professionally, delivering timely solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately using CRM and support systems.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-driven support throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow procedures, standards and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
