Job summary

WW Talents seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Piraeus, Greece. You will provide professional support to customers via phone, email and chat, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience across channels.

The role includes on-site work with a structured onboarding and training program. You should have C1/C2 German, strong English, and prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency B2-C1 for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account-related requests.

Are you a German speaker looking to build an international career? Join an international team in Athens, Greece, and provide customer support for well-known premium brands while developing your communication and customer service skills and gaining valuable experience in a multicultural working environment.

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

What We Are Looking For

• C1/C2 level German
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
