Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Piraeus, Greece. You will provide professional customer support across phone, email and chat.

This on-site role offers a 14-month salary of €1,300 gross plus bonuses, a relocation package, and opportunities to develop communication and customer service skills in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account-related requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally with timely solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM and update records accurately.
