SEADEV Studios is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for clients, keeping their systems running smoothly and incidents resolved. The role requires hands-on IT experience, strong Linux/networking basics, and excellent German and good English communication to support a multilingual customer base.

You will collaborate with the development team on escalations and maintain knowledge bases.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT education or comparable hands-on experience.
• Experience in technical support or system administration.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client contact.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, and web technologies.
• Very good German and good English skills.

Aufgaben

• First point of contact for technical requests from our clients.
• Analyzing, reproducing, and documenting issues.
• Close coordination with the development team on escalations.
• Monitoring our systems and resolving incidents proactively.
• Maintaining the knowledge base and writing how-to guides.
• Onboarding and training of clients.
