Chatarmin.com in Vienna is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Success Team. You’ll be the first line of defense when customers need help and a key voice in improving our tech support processes and feedback loop.

You don’t need 10 years of experience—3–5 years in tech support or a similar role within B2B SaaS is ideal. Fluency in German and English, understanding of API calls and JSON, and the ability to prompt LLMs clearly are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in tech support, CS, QA, or a similar role - ideally in B2B SaaS
• Read and understand JSON and API documentation; practical experience prompting LLMs
• Clear communicator in writing and speech (fluent in German and English)
• Calm under pressure, eager to learn, and ready to hustle
• Preferably living in Vienna, Europe is a must
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for questions from customers (chat, email, and tickets)
• Maintain a portfolio of 100+ clients end-to-end
• Set up and improve AI agents setups
• Onboard and improve clients with clear roadmap and communication
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues fast - or elevate smart when needed
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge base articles
