Job summary

Loro Piana invites applications for a full-time Client Advisor in our Wien boutique. You will engage clients, convey brand values, and deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty. The role reports to the Assistant Store Manager and supports sales growth.

We seek a professional with at least 3 years in luxury fashion, strong clienteling skills, and fluency in German and English. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays on a rotating roster is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion or luxury retail.
• Proven clienteling experience in a luxury environment is essential.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge while upholding top customer service standards.
• Provide excellent service and build long-term client relationships.
• Proactively recruit new clients, retain and upgrade existing clients through clienteling and service.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure stock and back-of-house are well managed.

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor to join our Wien boutique from November 2026 until July 2026. Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, the Client Advisor contributes to the growth of sales in the store.

The Client Advisor is responsible for engaging clients and nurturing their brand loyalty by conveying Loro Piana values and providing customer service in line with Loro Piana standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, whilst preserving the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and establish long-term client relationships.
• Proactively reach out and recruit new clients, also retaining and upgrading existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.
• Responsible for the daily store operations in order to ensure the stock and the back-of-house are well managed.

Profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.
• Proven experience in clienteling within a luxury retail environment is essential.
• Motivated and a good team player attitude.
• Able to thrive within a high-paced environment and being multi-tasking.
• Fluent in both German and English, additional languages are considered a plus.
• Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays following a rotating roster.
