Job summary

Loro Piana Wien boutique seeks a Client Advisor for a full-time role in Vienna, starting November 2026. You will engage clients, nurture brand loyalty and contribute to growth by delivering service that reflects Loro Piana standards and values.

Fluent German and English are required; luxury retail experience and clienteling skills are essential. Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays is expected in a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion or luxury industry.
• Proven clienteling experience within a luxury retail environment.
• Motivated and a team player attitude.
• Thrives in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge while maintaining top customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and establish long-term client relationships.
• Proactively reach out and recruit new clients, while retaining and upgrading existing clients.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure stock and back-of-house are well organized.
