Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a People Operations Advisor to join the People & Culture team, supporting employees across the lifecycle with emphasis on pay, working time, and Leave of Absences.

The role requires prior People Operations experience, knowledge of Austrian labor law, and compliance processes. Based from Linz or Graz, it is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, focusing on Austria with collaboration across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Excellent German and English communication skills.
• Relevant HR or People Operations experience in an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience with HR operations and HR technologies, including HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing and leading People Operations delivery, with a primary focus on Austria and support for other EMEA countries as needed.
• Owning complex employee requests and HR processes, including contracts, leave, working time and pay.
• Analyzing and further developing People Operations processes to improve efficiency and create a seamless employee experience.
• Partnering with Payroll, Legal, and People & Culture to ensure accurate transitions and compliant, pragmatic solutions.
• Implementing and improving HR policies and controls in line with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable regulations.
