Baker Hughes Argentina seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage operators, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure service value.

The role requires deep technical expertise in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors and RSS, plus strong communication to translate technical value into commercial outcomes and maintain long‑term relationships.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Proven experience with operators in shale basins and ability to manage technical sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals; maintain CRM forecasts.
