Baker Hughes in Argentina is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will own the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and steer technical sales engagements with operators and drilling contractors.

You will present value through technical reviews, collaborate with operations and engineering, and drive cross-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, MWD/LWD, and RSS, while ensuring HSE compliance.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with ops, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals to win long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasts in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE and company standards.
