Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Senior Sales Advisor for Directional Drilling Services to develop and execute the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with operators, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value service solutions.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of DD, MWD/LWD, motors and RSS, plus strong stakeholder influence and communication skills to drive growth and long-term contracts.

Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement.
• Excellent communication translating technical value into commercial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines for quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across DD tools and services.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and renewals for long-term business.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and standards.
