Baker Hughes in Argentina is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy and lead the full sales cycle with operators in the Vaca Muerta basin.

You will build technical value propositions, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure service quality and client satisfaction across multiple wells and components.

Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, or RSS.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or shale basins.
• Ability to lead full sales cycles from prospecting to contract.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services.
• Own full sales cycle including pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
• Maintain CRM pipelines and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations for service delivery.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, RSS.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
