Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin in Argentina. You will drive growth by shaping the commercial strategy, engaging with key operators, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver superior service value.

The role requires a deep technical sales background in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, and RSS, with a proven ability to manage complex deals and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and driving KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Supporting tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensuring compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards across all activities.
