Job summary

Baker Hughes in Argentina is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with key operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex, ensuring service delivery meets Baker Hughes standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD or related areas.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins and technical sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post‑well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to assure service quality.
