This Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) sits on our internal team and works with AI tools to source, outreach, and qualify candidates without prior recruiting experience.

You will research audiences, write personalized messages, post roles, review applicants, and maintain a clean pipeline.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to define the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers.
• Post and promote roles to attract the right applicants.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up to prevent drop-off.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to process high volumes while staying personal.
• Track performance and adjust approaches based on data.
