Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with US and Americas customers while ensuring successful adoption of our platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding onboarding, optimizing value, and advocating for customer needs.

Open to candidates worldwide who can work US Eastern Time hours. This role offers uncapped variable compensation and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Ops, Product, and Engineering to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience in EOR/HR-Tech/Global Employment platforms.
• Proven full lifecycle ownership from onboarding to renewal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data-driven with ability to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding and adoption.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Monitor account health and identify growth opportunities.
• Collect and analyze feedback to shape product development.
• Drive retention and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.
• Ensure customers realize the full value of RemotePass services.
