Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute success plans to help clients maximize value from our solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress and identify opportunities.
• Proactively identify and address potential client churn risks.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial stages of adoption.
