Ideal candidates should have a degree in human resources and 5-7+ years of relevant experience, showcasing strong HR knowledge and relationship-building skills. The position requires on-site work with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of progressively responsible human resources experience.
• Experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle onboarding process and employee offboarding.
• Support organizational changes including promotions and transfers.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and compliance with laws.
