Job summary

Astria Learning is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and support our HR officers across multiple locations in Argentina. This role ensures consistent people practices, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

You will develop and implement HR policies, partner with site leaders to translate workforce needs into strategies, and oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR management or senior HR generalist across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach and develop HR professionals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and prioritization in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor HR officers across locations.
• Develop and continuously improve HR policies to ensure consistency.
• Partner with site leaders to translate workforce needs into HR strategies.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance, relations, offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policy across locations.
• Monitor HR metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Act as escalation point for employee relations with discretion.
• Drive engagement and culture across a geographically distributed workforce.
