Clear Edge International Search & Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager / HRBP to build and lead the local HR function in Moreno, Argentina. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through to employee relations, HR operations, payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience, ideally as an HRBP, HR Manager or similar.

Responsibilities

• Establish the HR function, processes and practices for the new studio.
• Lead talent acquisition and the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, organisational development and workforce planning.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll and compensation & benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Argentine labour legislation and HR best practice.
• Provide trusted HR advice and support to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support organisational growth, change and the development of a high-performing team.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including employee and union representatives where relevant.
