Assurant Services Argentina, S.A. is seeking a People Partner in Argentina to support managers and employees in their designated business unit.

The role focuses on the employee experience, coaching, and leveraging data to drive better people decisions. You will work with the People Business Partner and use tools like Workday and ERIN to analyze trends, advise on performance and engagement, and support talent processes across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area with 1 year HR experience or a minimum of 4 years’ HR experience.
• Experience coaching and advising all levels of employees in areas such as performance, organizational change, employee engagement, working relationships.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment law (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, EEO and other applicable employment related laws)

Responsabilidades

• Provides proactive and reactive coaching and consultative HR advice to all employees in the designated business unit from intake to resolution.
• Assists hiring and staffing, including interviewing, assessing and selection to managers as needed; develops job descriptions.
• Supports employee engagement initiatives through action planning, team meetings and follow-ups.
• Advises on policy interpretation, promoting use of the Success in Leading Employees framework.
• Delivers education and training to managers on topics such as FMLA, Wage and Hour, Accommodations, etc.
• Participates in termination processes and reduction-in-force activities with leadership.
• Manages investigations and writes summaries; escalates appropriately.
• Uses Workday/ERIN/PeakOn analytics to drive performance and improve knowledge content.
