Halter is seeking a People Partner to establish HR systems for its new operations in Argentina. You will coach managers, ensure effective onboarding, and build people processes from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has experience in HR roles, is fluent in Spanish and English, and understands the cultural nuances of the region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Halter's mission of enhancing agricultural productivity sustainably.

Formación

• Experience building people processes, workflows, and operating rhythms.

Responsabilidades

• Establish people processes and documentation for the new market team.
• Coach managers through feedback and performance conversations.
• Own onboarding quality for new starters.

Conocimientos

Experience in a People Partner, HRBP, or generalist people role

Strong judgment across performance and employee relations

Operational discipline and attention to detail

Clear communication in Spanish and English

Cultural fluency in Argentina and/or Uruguay
