Clear Edge International Search & Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager / HRBP to build and lead the local HR function in Moreno, Argentina. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through to employee relations, HR operations, payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience, ideally as an HRBP, HR Manager or similar.

Clear Edge has partnered with a fast-growing international business preparing to launch its first site in Moreno, Argentina. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Manager / HR Business Partner to build and lead the local HR function from the ground up.

The Role

As the key HR contact for the new Argentina operation, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through to employee relations, HR operations, compensation and benefits. Working closely with local leadership, you will build teams, establish HR processes, ensure compliance and help create a strong employee culture as the studio grows.

What We're Looking For
