Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting an executive, founder, or senior leader.
Strong English communication and organizational skills.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Strong judgment and ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling with increasing autonomy.
Track follow-ups, action items, and priorities to keep the CEO and team organized.
Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, and other documents as needed.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including research, file organization, and scheduling.
Support business development by coordinating follow-ups, maintaining contacts, and preparing outreach materials.
Communicate with clients, prospects, and team members as needed.
Proactively anticipate needs and help the CEO stay focused on clients, strategy, and growth.
