Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's inbox: triage, prioritize, draft responses with options and a recommendation.
• Manage the CEO's calendar across time zones; coordinate meetings and resolve conflicts.
• Handle travel end-to-end including flights, hotels, and logistics.
