Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in a client-facing environment.
• Big Four experience is required for this role.
• Experience with full‑cycle accounting, month‑end close and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting work across a portfolio of growing companies.
• Lead full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review accounting work to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to provide guidance.
• Identify process improvements and control enhancements.
• Coach junior staff and manage priorities to deliver client deliverables.
