Halter is seeking a South American Launch Manager to own regional launch outcomes and build the team, playbook, and rhythms required for success across Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. You’ll be hands‑on with field deployments, then scale your team and processes to improve outcomes and efficiency.

You’ll travel regularly, stay close to producers, and adapt global frameworks to local ranching realities, delivering consistent, high‑quality launches in a fast‑growing market.

Formación

• Experience leading and developing teams in onboarding, deployment, delivery, or operations.
• Track record of owning outcomes, not just tasks.
• Willingness to travel and spend meaningful time in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own Halter’s launch motion across South America: own regional launch outcomes and new deployment ARR.
• Establish how Halter launches in the region from the ground up – playbook, operating rhythm, and standards.
• Adapt Halter’s global launch frameworks to South American ranching realities while staying aligned with the global model.
• Monitor leading indicators of risk and opportunity and act early to protect customer confidence and outcomes.
