Halter is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to establish our presence in Argentina, building from the ground up with farmers and local partners. You’ll drive end-to-end sales from cold outreach to closing, shaping quotas and nurturing the first customers in the region.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of end-to-end sales experience.
• Proven track record sourcing new prospects, securing meetings and creating opportunities.
• Strong history of value-based selling with closing high-volume deals.
• Well-prepared with clear communication to present Halter's value proposition.
• Beef farming or agricultural sector experience is desirable.
• Results-driven with exceptional time management and motivation.
• Fluency in Spanish with working English to collaborate globally.
• University degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, industry events and inbound inquiries.
• Meet growth targets by managing pipeline through to close and negotiating contracts.
• Help set quotas, commissions and sales management tasks as the team grows.
• Coach and develop future sales staff as the region scales.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for post-sales handoff, implementations and renewals.
• Provide feedback to help shape the product roadmap and deployment timeline.
• Improve sales processes to become faster, more efficient and predictable.
