Halter is seeking a South American Launch Manager to lead the region’s deployment and growth across Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. You will shape the launch playbook, embed processes, and adapt global frameworks to local realities in close partnership with the global org.

You will own regional outcomes, hire and ramp the first Launch team, and drive metrics like activation, adoption, and time-to-value while balancing hands‑on delivery with scalable execution in a fast‑growing market.

Formación

• Experience leading and developing teams, ideally in onboarding, deployment, delivery, or operations.
• Track record of owning outcomes – commercial, operational, or both – not just tasks.
• Builder’s mentality: comfortable with ambiguity and standing things up from zero.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel and spend meaningful time in the field.
• Ability to operate independently while aligned with a global org.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions and time zones.
• Clear, straightforward communication.
• Good judgment and adaptability when plans change.
• Genuine care for producers and the quality of work.
• Experience in agriculture or cattle ranching, especially grazing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional launch outcomes for Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil with accountability for deployment ARR.
• Define the launch playbook, operating rhythm, and standards for future launches.
• Adapt global launch frameworks to South American realities while staying aligned with the global model.
• Monitor risk and opportunity indicators, protecting customer confidence and outcomes.
• Balance high‑touch delivery with scalable, repeatable execution as volume grows.
• Spend time in the field with producers to ground decisions in on‑field realities.
• Lead hands‑on deployments and producer interaction, scaling the team as needed.
• Voice of the South American producer in internal planning and product/engineering feedback.
• Hire, onboard, and ramp the region’s first Launch team in line with growth plans.
• Drive execution through coaching, accountability, and routines.
