Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to drive licensing decisions for LATAM and international regions. You will manage high-volume, multi-vendor software requests, maintain asset records, and coordinate renewals and optimizations with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models, and fluency in English and Spanish. You’ll contribute to compliance, audits and process improvements in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Ability to manage high-volume licensing requests and multi-vendor environments.
• Advanced English and Spanish, with regional/global collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchases and licensing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs.
