Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to support licensing decisions, compliance, and optimization across Latin America and international regions. The role requires hands-on SAM experience in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment and collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams.

You will manage lifecycle licensing requests, renewals, and entitlements, while ensuring accuracy and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM or IT Asset Management experience with licensing.
• Understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a large software portfolio across publishers and licenses.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, compliance, optimization, audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across publishers and models.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimizations.
• Support compliance, audits and reporting for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
