Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing.
• Experience with multiple licensing models.
• Ability to manage high-volume licensing requests.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced English and Spanish, regional/global collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchasing/licensing.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment and contribute to SAM process improvements.
