Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team. You will manage licensing requests across a large portfolio, collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and engineering teams, and support licensing decisions, compliance, and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS), and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

Hands-on software asset management experience with licensing.
Knowledge of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
Experience across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
Experience with entitlements, renewals, audits or optimization.
Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize requests.
Strong analytical skills and precise licensing interpretation.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchasing info.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimizations.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
