Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team for Latin America and other international regions. You will manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle and interpret licensing terms for multiple publishers.

Collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering, you will maintain accurate asset records, coordinate renewals and optimization activities, and support license compliance and audits in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and IT asset management.
• Knowledge of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud).
• Experience managing large software portfolios across multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, compliance, optimization and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
