WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team, focusing on LATAM and other regions. You will manage licensing across a large portfolio, collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure compliance and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on licensing knowledge across multiple publishers, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Spanish to engage regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with entitlements, renewals and compliance
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize requests
• Strong attention to detail and licensing interpretation

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and vendors to resolve licensing needs
