Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team supporting Latin America and other regions. You will handle licensing decisions, renewals, and optimization in a high-volume, multi-vendor environment.

The role collaborates with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and regional/global stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate entitlements.

Fluent English and Spanish preferred; degree in IT or related field; experience with licensing models is desirable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and entitlements.
• Ability to manage a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records with purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
